These terms cover your use of the rkinstitute.in website. They do not cover enrolment itself — fees, batch timings, attendance and refunds are agreed with you directly at the institute.
What this website is
An information website for RK Institute of Learning, a coaching institute in Swaroop Nagar, Delhi. It describes our programmes and offers some free study material. Details on this site may change as programmes and batches change.
We do not promise results
Nothing on this website is a guarantee of marks, ranks, admission, selection or any other outcome. Teaching helps; results depend on the student's own work, attendance and circumstances. We do not publish student counts, pass rates or ratings, because we have no audited figures for them, and we would rather say nothing than say something we cannot stand behind.
Using our study material
The lessons, notes and worksheets on this site are for the personal study of our students and visitors. Please do not republish them, sell them, or use them for another institute's classes. Some material is based on NCERT textbooks, which remain the property of NCERT.
Enrolment, fees and refunds
Enrolment terms — including fees, the schedule, and whether any amount is refundable — are set out when you enrol at the institute, not on this website. Please ask us before paying if anything is unclear. We will give you our terms in writing.

This site links to our student portal and may link to other services. We are not responsible for the content or the privacy practices of websites we do not run.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top tells you when they last changed.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Delhi will have jurisdiction.
