What we collect

The only place this website collects personal information is the enquiry form on our Contact page. When you submit it, we receive:

• Your name
• Your mobile number
• Your email address, if you choose to give one
• The class you are asking about
• The subject and message you write, if any

We do not ask for, and you should not send us, any payment card details, bank details, Aadhaar or other government ID numbers through this website.

Why we collect it

For one reason: so that we can reply to your enquiry about coaching at RK Institute of Learning. We may call, message on WhatsApp, or email you about the enquiry you sent, and about admissions, batches and fees at this institute.

Who can see it

Enquiries are delivered to the institute's own staff through a private Telegram message, so Telegram carries that message in transit. Apart from that, your details stay with us. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with advertisers or with other coaching institutes.

Cookies and tracking

This website sets no cookies of its own and, at the time of writing, runs no advertising or tracking pixels. If we add website analytics later to understand which pages are useful, we will say so here before doing it.

If the student is under 18

Most of our students are school children. If you are under 18, please have a parent or guardian fill in the enquiry form for you. A parent or guardian can ask us at any time to delete information relating to their child.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details only as long as they are useful for admissions follow-up. If you ask us to delete your details, we will do it and confirm to you.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Write to info@rkinstitute.in or call +91 79039 52008. You can also tell us to stop contacting you, and we will stop.
